On Sunday morning, when you arrive at the church, you will be welcomed by our friendly greeters, and offered a bulletin. At Westfield, the full service will also be on Powerpoint, so you can choose whether or not you want a bulletin as well.

​

There is no "dress code" - we invite you to wear whatever you are most comfortable in. You are also welcome to sit anywhere in the church - there is no assigned seating!

​

We are generally a pretty friendly bunch - you can expect to be greeted by other members of the congregation.

​

Our service generally includes music (and often a choir at Westfield), prayers, bible readings, and a reflection/sermon offered by the Minister or worship leader that is intended to make you think, reflect, and deepen your relationship with God.

​

When the service is over, there is a coffee time at Bayswater-Summerville and Long Reach where you can visit with your neighbours, and share a home-baked treat or two.

In March 2020, we started livestreaming our worship services at Westfield United Church to our Two Rivers Pastoral Charge Facebook page - if ever you aren't able to attend worship in-person, you are welcome to join us virtually.  We have volunteers to run the camera each week, as well as other volunteers who copy and paste the prayer and the words to the songs into the comments section, so that you are able to fully participate in worship.  (In order to keep these livestreamed services as worship where a community comes together to worship God, the live videos are not saved to our page to watch later.)
